As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Financial Consultant to join our team. The Role

As a Senior Financial Consultant, you will be instrumental in growing our high-net-worth and private client portfolio, bringing an established book of business and generating €180,000–€200,000 in validated new business income per year.

You will provide expert advisory services across:
Life, Pensions, and Investments – Offering tailored solutions to individuals and corporate clients
Individual & Group Scheme Policies – Managing and expanding relationships with high-value clients
Cross-Selling Insurance Lines – Identifying opportunities to support clients across our full range of products

Key Responsibilities

  • Bring an established book of high-net-worth and private clients with a full suite of life, pensions, and investment products
  • Generate €180,000–€200,000 per annum in validated new business income, which will be reviewed and supported yearly
  • Advise on and manage individual and group scheme policies
  • Develop strategic financial plans with a strong focus on pension schemes and high-value insurance products
  • Identify and cross-sell other lines of insurance as needed
  • Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing portfolio management

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 20+ years of Financial Services Advisory experience in Life, Pensions, and Investments
  • A proven track record of consistent new business growth over the past 3–5 years
  • Experience working on a trail model, with a strong emphasis on pensions and high-liability/value insurance products
  • Strong relationship management skills and a client-first advisory approach
  • A professional network and ability to generate new high-value business organically
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as QFA, RPA, SIA, PTP, FPRA, or CFP
